I called KC 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing as the AC unit stopped blowing cold air on the first 90+ degree day of the season. They were very responsive, and Robert came out the next day. He was professional and walked my Mom and me through the complete process of checking out the system, diagnosing what was wrong, providing options on the repair solutions, and then quickly fixing the issues. In our case, the outdoor unit had gotten very dirty and we were low on refrigerant which Robert promptly fixed. Great service!
